The credentials behind every settlement we run.
A boutique office
Action Conveyancing was established in 1990 to offer genuinely personal settlement services. We still work the same way: you get your own conveyancer, who handles every part of your settlement from start to finish and answers the phone when you call.
Our team has over 70 years of combined experience in the WA real estate industry, and a long list of clients who come back to us, sale after sale.
What we handle

Shops, offices and commercial property.
Units, apartments and strata-titled lots.
Land purchases, sub-divisions and development.
Property transfers after separation, handled with care.
Related-party transfers, survivorship, change of name, title searches.

Why people choose Action
01
A boutique office means one conveyancer who knows your file, gives you tailored advice, and is easy to reach.
02
Decades settling properties across the Perth metro area and wider WA, so local rules and timing rarely surprise us.
03
A client-first approach and a track record of settlements that go through on time.
From our clients
Action Conveyancing have completed six settlements in 18 years for me, and I wouldn't use anybody else. Always reliable, on time, and they really know their stuff.

Clear quotes
Settlement fees depend on the property price and the details of your contract, so we give you a proper quote up front, not a vague estimate. Tell us a few details and we will come back to you.
Quick answers
