The credentials behind every settlement we run.

A boutique office

A boutique office, not a call centre.

Action Conveyancing was established in 1990 to offer genuinely personal settlement services. We still work the same way: you get your own conveyancer, who handles every part of your settlement from start to finish and answers the phone when you call.

Our team has over 70 years of combined experience in the WA real estate industry, and a long list of clients who come back to us, sale after sale.

Clear quotes

Clear quotes, no surprises.

Settlement fees depend on the property price and the details of your contract, so we give you a proper quote up front, not a vague estimate. Tell us a few details and we will come back to you.

Quick answers

Settlement questions, answered.

How much will my settlement cost?

Our fees depend on the property price and the details of your contract. Costs such as mortgage registration, lease enquiries or strata properties can add to that. Ask for a quote and we will set it out clearly.

How long does settlement take?

Your settlement date is set in your offer and acceptance contract. A typical settlement runs four to six weeks, though finance issues or complications can affect timing.

Do I need to attend settlement?

No. We attend for you, in person or electronically through PEXA.
