Action Conveyancing was established in 1990 to offer genuinely personal settlement services. We handle every part of a settlement ourselves, from start to finish, and we take pride in being efficient and easy to deal with. Janine Frisina

Principal and Director

Janine has specialised in property conveyancing since 1988. She brings a positive attitude and a friendly, memorable service to every client. With deep experience in the WA real estate market, she has completed a wide range of residential and rural settlements, including subdivisions and off-the-plan purchases. Janine holds a Certificate of Settlement Agency Procedures and an Advanced Certificate of Business Real Estate. Clients keep coming back to Action for her customer service, industry knowledge and work ethic.

Maria Giallorenzo

Conveyancing Assistant

Maria has been part of the Action team for over nine years, with more than 30 years of conveyancing experience behind her. She is a licensed conveyancer with a sharp eye for detail, specialising in PEXA preparation and drafting the legal documents a settlement needs.

Layla Santella

Personal Assistant

Layla joined Action in 2023 to support Janine with internal operations and marketing. She handles contract data entry and acts as the liaison with everyone involved in a settlement. She is always happy to help with quotes and enquiries.
